From the roastery
The espresso we pour on our own bar: mostly natural Brazil for body and sweetness, with washed Colombia for a little red-berry brightness. Forgiving to dial in and great with milk.
Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, hazelnut and red berry.
Roasted for espresso: start at 18 g in and 36 g out, in about 28 seconds.
