From the roastery
Grown on the high, flat plateau of Minas Gerais and dried in the cherry on patios. Low in acidity and big on body, it is the base of our house espresso and good on its own.
Tasting notes: Peanut butter, milk chocolate and toasted hazelnut.
Roasted for espresso: start at 18 g in and 36 g out, in about 28 seconds.
