High, cool farms in Nariño ripen cherries slowly, which builds sweetness and a lively acidity. This is our year-round Colombian, blended from neighbouring farms for consistency.
Tasting notes: Red grape, cane sugar and toffee.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
