Warm winds from the Mexican lowlands keep frost away from these high farms. Sun-dried on patios, it gives a sweet, chocolate-led cup with a little citrus lift.
Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, orange zest and almond.
Made for immersion: 30 g to 500 ml of water, steep for four minutes, then press gently.
