Arabica from the volcanic slopes of Mount Elgon, near the Kenyan border. A rounder, heavier African coffee that we roast a touch longer for a sweet, full cup.
Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, plum and cedar.
Made for immersion: 30 g to 500 ml of water, steep for four minutes, then press gently.
