From the roastery
Naturals are still rare in Burundi. These cherries were floated, hand-sorted again for ripeness and dried slowly under shade nets, which keeps the fruit bright instead of heavy.
Tasting notes: Hibiscus, sour cherry and brown sugar.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
