Pulped at a micro-mill in Tarrazú, then dried with part of the sticky fruit layer still on the bean. Honey processing adds body and stone-fruit sweetness to a classically clean Costa Rican.
Tasting notes: Apricot, honey and golden raisin.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
