Geisha is the variety that changed what people expect from coffee. This lot grows in the cloud forest above Boquete and is picked in several passes, so only fully ripe cherries are processed. We sell it in small bags only.
Tasting notes: Jasmine, white peach and Earl Grey.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
