Grown by smallholders on the hills above Lake Kivu and processed at a lakeside washing station, where cherries are floated and hand-sorted before pulping. A clean, sweet coffee that is easy to love.
Tasting notes: Red apple, black tea and caramel.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
