Delivered as cherry to a washing station in Gedeo, pulped the same day and fermented overnight before washing in channels of spring water. This is the perfumed, tea-like Ethiopian coffee people fall for.
Tasting notes: Bergamot, jasmine and lemon curd.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
