AA is the largest screen size, here from a cooperative factory on the slopes of Mount Kenya. Kenya's double fermentation and slow drying give a dense, juicy cup with plenty of structure.
Tasting notes: Blackcurrant, pink grapefruit and raw cane sugar.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
