Slow Pour Cold Brew Blend

Chosen and roasted for long, cold steeping, which brings out chocolate and dark fruit and leaves the sharp edges behind. Grind coarse and steep overnight.

Tasting notes: Cocoa, dark cherry and brown sugar.

For cold brew: 100 g coarsely ground to 1 litre of cold water, steeped for 16 hours in the fridge.
