Washed Java from estates on the Ijen volcanic plateau, where coffee has been grown for well over a century. Cleaner than a Sumatra, with a gentle spice and a heavy, sweet finish.
Tasting notes: Black tea, clove and molasses.
Made for immersion: 30 g to 500 ml of water, steep for four minutes, then press gently.
