Yunnan is better known for tea, and it shows in the cup. This honey-processed lot from Baoshan is sweet and gently fruity, with a long, tea-like finish.
Tasting notes: Stone fruit, raw sugar and oolong.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
