Grown in village gardens in the Waghi Valley, often alongside sweet potatoes and bananas, and washed at a central mill. Tropical fruit up front and a cocoa finish.
Tasting notes: Pineapple, brown sugar and cocoa.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
