Decaffeinated in Colombia with ethyl acetate made from fermented sugarcane, a gentle method that keeps the coffee's sweetness. A decaf you can happily drink black.
Tasting notes: Toffee, red apple and cocoa.
Roasted for filter: start with 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water just off the boil.
